Please check your rate. Perhaps you have chosen a rate without prepayment option, but with a guarantee of arrival. In this case, payment is not charged in advance, and card details are provided to guarantee payment in case you do not arrive.

In many accommodation facilities, the cost of booking for one Guest differs from the cost of accommodation for two or more Guests. When booking, you can specify how many Guests will stay.

There are several options for booking payment. The fastest and most convenient is through the Fast Payment System. In this case, you do not specify your card details anywhere, and payment is made using a QR code. You can also pay for services using a bank card, by invoice or upon arrival at the hotel. For each accommodation, payment methods may differ and depend on the selected rate.

Bank card details are required to guarantee or pay for your booking. If the rate you have chosen implies 100% payment at the time of booking, the funds will be debited from the card immediately. If the rate you have chosen implies a guarantee of accommodation with a bank card, the Accommodation Facility has the right to block funds on it. This is not a payment, but a temporary «freeze» of funds on the card. At the same time, you can receive a notification from your bank about the withdrawal of funds. If necessary, you can always contact your bank's support service.

You can cancel your reservation in your personal account in the «My reservations» section. Please note that the cancellation of the reservation takes place according to the terms of the tariff you have chosen. The cancellation conditions are described, among other things, in the Confirmation sent to you earlier.

Usually such bookings cannot be changed or cancelled. If you have such a need, please contact the support service . We will do everything in our power to help you, but the accommodation has the right to refuse cancellation.

For hotels located in the Russian Federation, you will need:
